Dr. Zaidan Zulkipli Win 2011 Putrajaya Close

 13th August 2011 -  Dr. Zaidan Zulkipli win the main category (above 15) 2011 Putrajaya Community Chess Tournament held at the Dewan Serbaguna Kompleks Kejiranan Presint 11, Putrajaya. The 6 round swiss system tournament with time control 20 minutes per-player is organized by the Perbadanan Putrajaya. The tournament is divided into three category - under 12, under 15 and above 15. This tournament is  only open to players who live or work in Putrajaya.

Dr.Zaidan  finished the tournament with 5.5 points and received RM 500 as the champion. His only draw is against last year champion - Rizal Ahmad Kamal who finished in 5th place. Yours truly  finished in 6th  place with 4.5 points. IA Abdul Latif act as the arbiter.
