A Fide rated tournament - Nf6 Invitational Tournament was held from 25th February 2010. The tournament held on every Thursday starting at 7 PM at the Dato Arthur Tan Chess Centre, Wilayah Kompleks, Kuala Lumpur. The format is a single round robin with time control : 1 hour 30 minutes + 30 seconds increment.

The last round (round 9) of the Nf6 Invitational FIDE rated tournament was held last night at the Dato Arthur Tan Chess Centre, Kuala Lumpur. As everyone had already known, NM Kamal Ariffin (photo above) has already secured the 1st place in round 7. In round 8 and 9, he choose to "drop gear" by drawing against Shamsol and NM Yeoh Chin Seng respectively.
