Carlsen Rules!

Magnus Carlsen (photo right) continued his great form in the 2nd Nanjing Pearl Tournament by winning his round 5 game against Tiemour Radjabov quite easily. He beat the world no. 7 in 25 moves after his opponent blundered heavily on move 23. After 5 round, only Magnus has won games and his opponents ( Wang Yue, Topalov, Leko, Radjabov and Jakovenko) has only draws or lost their games.

O-O?? The desicive mistake. Black can still fight for live with 23... Bxf2+ 24. Qxf2 Qxb5 25. Nc5 O-O (not 25... Nxe5? 26. Nxe6! Rxc1+ 27. Rxc1 fxe6 28. Rc8+ and black will lose his rook on h8) 26. Be7 Rfe8 27. Bd6 although white clearly has the upper hand 24. Nxc5 Nxe5? mistake comes in pairs. Lesser evil is 24... Rxc5 ( 24.Qxc5? Nd6! winning) 25. Be7 Qxb5 26. Bxc5 Qxc5 27.
