Ismail Ahmad attended the FIDE Trainers Seminar held from from 22nd to 28th October 2010 in Porto Carras, Khalkidiki.

The seminar was organized by FIDE Trainers Commission (TRG), in co-operation with the organizing committee of the World Youth Chess Championship, IOC/ARISF (Association of Recognized IOC International Sports Federations), the FIDE CACDEC (co-sponsors) and the Greek Chess Federation. The Lecturers are GM Adrian Mikhalchishin, Chairman, and GM Efstratios Grivas, Secretary of the TRG.

According to Ismail, he has pass the exam at Greece and will received Diploma FIDE Trainer (National Instructor). The diploma certificate  will be send by FIDE trough Malaysian Chess Federation.

One interesting story from Ismail. He inform me that some of the Malaysian parents who accompany their children at Greece missed the Malaysian food so much. Lucky for them, Ismail Ahmad cook some foods ( nasi lemak/kari ayam/sambal telur!) with spices  he brought all the way from KL :)
