Can Black Win This Position?

Below is one of the position arise from our youngster - Mohd Izz Shaifuddin against the host player- Satyajit Kundu in the Asian Youth Championship which concluded recently.

Kundu, Satyajit (2192) vs Muhd Izz, Saifuddin(1936)
Asian Youth, Round 2, 3.8.2009

1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 e6 3. c4 Qc7 4. Nc3 a6 5. d4 cxd4 6. Nxd4 Nf6 7. a3 d6 8. Be2
b6 9. O-O Bb7 10. f3 Be7 11. Be3 Nbd7 12. Rc1 O-O 13. g4 Ne5 14. g5 Nfd7 15. f4
Nc6 16. Nd5 Qd8 (16... exd5 17. cxd5) 17. Nxc6 Bxc6 18. Nxe7+ Qxe7 19. Bf3 e5
20. f5 Nc5 21. Qc2 Qb7 22. Bxc5 dxc5 23. Qg2 Rad8 24. f6 Rd4 25. fxg7 Rfd8 26.
Rfe1 Kxg7 27. Rc2 R8d7 28. Qg3 Qc7 29. Rf2 Rd2 30. Bg4 R7d3 31. Rxd2 Izz has defend well and it's now his turn to start to attack.

I think this is the critical moment. Izz who's playing black have to abvious moves. First is 31...Rxd2 and another one is 31...Rxg3 . He choose the later

31. Rxd2 Rxd2 32. Bf5 Qd6 33. Qh4 Qd4+ 34. Kh1 Qf2 35. Qh6+ Kg8 36. Bxh7+ Kh8 37. Bf5+ 1/2-1/2 and the game ended in a draw

when i analysed it with Fritz, it gave 31...Rxg3 giving both his rooks for white's queen. The analysed goes 31... Rxg3+ 32. hxg3 Qe7 33. Kf2 Qxg5 34. Rd6 Qxg4 35. Rxc6 Qd7 36. Rxb6 a5

What do you think about black chance. Can black win this position?

I think, as long as Black can make sure the Rooks do not connect purposefully, the Queen might have a chance.

White can set up a fortress. 37 Rb3 Qd4+ 38. Rbe3 Qxc4 39. R3e2 followed by Red1-Rd2

I believe can but with very slight advantage due to this following factors:
1)Rook is not yet connected and it takes two moves at least to connect.
2)The temporary weakness at a3 and a2
3)Currently Queen have more control
4) It will b e interesting if black can create pass pawn at the kingside
5) isolated e4 and c4 pawn
