The 79th FIDE Congress which was held at the 2008 Dresden Olympiad have approved -Lim Yee Weng's International Master (IM) title... on condition .The condition is Yee Weng (photo right) need to reach the 2400 FIDE rating to officially get the title. His latest rating is 2396.
