Malaysian Team Has Registered for The 2008 Dresden Olympiad- Updated

I read at the Official site that the Malaysian team has been registered to participate in the 2008 Dresden Olympiad which will be held from 12-25 November 2008. As 12 September 2008, 150 countries have been registered to participated in this biannual event. The Malaysia Team line up will be a mix between experience and young players.




The Line up :-



1. IM Mashafizul Helmi (2385)


2. (IM elect ) Lim Yee Weng (2367)


3. NM Edward Lee (2054) - will play 5th board


4. IM Jimmy Liew (2306)


5. FM Mok Tze Meng ( 2308) - will play 3rd board
