Mr. Arbiter! my opponent didn't turn up..please forfeit him!!!New rules will be implemented to all chess players starting from 12 November 2008 which is the start of The 38th World Chess Olympiad in Dresden, German . All players MUST turn up at the start of their game. They will not be permitted to come late. Any player didn’t come on time will being forfeited for the game!
