Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin officiate the opening of Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Bukit Jelutong yesterday. A photo of DPM with National Youth chess player - Muhammad Faqih Aminuddin with a giant chess board appeared in Utusan Malaysia today.
At the photo caption, it stated that Muhammad Faqih Aminuddin won The World Youth Chess Championship 2010 in Greece which i think is not accurate. Faqih in fact was place 102nd in the Under 8 Open section (click here). I'm not mentioning this to discredit Faqih achievement because i know Faqih is a talented boy but i found that sometimes newspaper take for granted certain fact like this .
