The November 2010 FIDE rating list which was release yesterday saw that the top ten spot for Malaysian players is occupied by the same players from the previous list. Mashafizul remain as Malaysian no. 1 with additional one point. Same goes to no.2 which belong to IM Mok Tze Meng (2394), however he lost a hefty 22 points and out from the 2400 club. A minor different compare to the latest list is the change in the 5th-7th place. Peter Long drop from no.5 in the previous (July) list to no.7 while Lim Chuin Hong move from 6th to 5th. Chuin Hong is the top gainer in the top ten list with 33 points added. A welcome return to our veteran and former no.1 - Jimmy Liew (2302) who enter back to the 2300 club and move from 7th to 6th place.
