I found a new chess blog called - Persatuan Catur Negeri Kelantan. The first post from this blog is about the selection for Kelantan representatives to the 2010 National Closed. The selection will be held on 14-15 May 2010. The top two winners will be sponsored ( transportation, accommodation, and allowance) for the National Closed.I think this is a good steps from Kelantan to ensure transparency in selecting players to represent their state.
