(photo right) win the Catur Terbuka Hari Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (Open + Bloggers + Ladies section) held at the Stadium Tertutup Titiwangsa DBKL today. The 6 round Swiss System tournament used 20 minutes rapid time control. This tournament is organised by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur Braile. International Arbiter
(IA) Abdul Latif Mohamad is the arbiter in charge for this tournament.
For Rizal, this is his second tournament victory for this year. In fact it is his second victory for this month after winning the
2010 Putrajaya Community Chess Championship held on 7th March.
