Tan Sri Lee Loy Seng - PERAK Grand Prix Chess Championship 2010

The Perak International Chess Association (PICA) with sponsorship from Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad will be organizing a series of Rapid Chess events in the ten districts of Perak, called the Tan Sri Lee Loy Seng Perak Grand Prix (GP) Chess Championship 2010.
