Magnus Carlsen (photo right) is officially World. No. 1 in the FIDE January 2010 rating list which has been released by the international chess governing body. Reuters has done an interview with the child prodigy. Below is an interesting excerpt from the article regarding Carlsen opinion about playing against computer :-
..."It's more an analytical tool," Carlsen said "Playing against the computer regularly would mean that I would lose more often than I won and I don't think that would be very helpful for my confidence"...
