The reason for postponement of 1st game for MAS and why no live games.

The chess club is old and there is no electronic board so no live games.
I will only start playing today at 3pm (2nd Round) , my 1st round is postpone to restday.

Long story short, on the 3rd sept my SKYEUROPE flight amsterdam-vienna was doomed when wefound out from the internet (just few hours b4 flying time) that the Skyeurope stop operating since 1 sept(gone bankrupt or sumthing).We were rushing for alternative, i took 15 hours train amsterdam-vienna, the organiser pick me up in vienna to prievidza (3 hrs driving) reaching here less than 2 hrs b4 1st round starts. I was just tired and exhausted, luckily there was another player had some train problem, so we were paired 1st rd and onlyto play the game on rest day"....- Mashafizul

IM Mashafizul had to postpone his Banicky Kanahec first round game against Slovakian - IM Marian Jurcik (FIDE 2477) which was originally schedule yesterday due to delay in travel. That's what being inform to me by Sirajuddin who spoke on phone with Jan Helbich who is also the Manager of Sachovy Klub Prievidza - chess club that organised this GM tournament.
Tonight, Mas will play his first game against Germany - IM Tobias Hirneise (FIDE 2427) in the second round and his first round game had to be rescheduled to a new date.
There's no live game from the official site but the results and details is now being publish in chess-results.com.
