Ex-World Police Chess Champion - Ismail Ahmad (photo right) will try to break the Malaysian Book of Records for the Most Simultaneous Chess Opponents . The current record is currently held by Collin Madhavan who did it against 101 players last year.The world record however is held by GM Susan Polgar who play against 326 players in 2005 ! For the record , Susan is a women and to be more precise...a chess mom ! ( Latest News - Bulgarian - GM Kiril Georgiev has break the world record yesterday by playing against 360 players ! ) I once played simul against 6 players and my head feel like it want to explode!
Anyway, The Malaysian Book of Records for the Most Simultaneous Chess Opponents by Ismail Ahmad is planned to be held on the 26th of March this year in conjunction with the celebration of the National Police Day .
