Can Petai Help Chess Players Win More Games !?

There's study about petai or it scientific name - Parkia speciosa which shown that the vegetable has many positive effect to human health. Among others, petai (photo right) can help human to be more alerts. As we know, chess game especially with a long time control can be quite tiring for a chess player's mind and body. Although chess is not a physical games, it need maximum concentration on your mind .

One interesting study on petai mentioned that :-

"200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by eating petai at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert"

You can read the full article here

However my own "research" on eating too much petai resulting to one negative espect....it will cause "unwanted" aroma in your...toilet !
