2008 Commonwealth Chess Championship Round 3 : Mas won ! (Updated)

I noticed that there's probably a techincal mistake by the organiser in entering Mashafizul's 36 move in his round 3 game against Niji A. The move 36.Rc8+ is clearly a blunder when the obvious 36.Rxb8+ is clear win. Even if Mas in time trouble he should not missed it i think.

Mas,Hafizulhelmi (2385) - Niji,A (2015) [B06]
COMMONWEALTH CHESS CHAMPIONSHI Nagpur,India (Round 3.), 30.09.2008

White is clearly winning here. Actually Rybka "said" that black can be mated in 5 !

36.Rc8+?? a clear blunder but i doubt Mas played this move. Probably a techincal mistake made by person who key in the move. The obvious 36.Rxb8+ is actually mate in 5 (maximum!) Qd8 37.Rxd8+ Kxd8 38.Qb6+ Kd7 39. Nb8+!!Rxb8 40.Rc7+ Kd8 41.Qxb8++ mate!

36...Qxc8?? a mistake ... 36...Rxc8 37.Nc5 and black is clearly winning! 37.Rxb8 1–0

IM Mashafizul won his 3rd round game against untitled Indian player - Niji A in the 2008 Commonwealth Chess Championship today. He will be paired against another untitled Indian player - Pranav Shetty ( FIDE 2138) in round 4 at 6.30 pm today...probably the game is still on right now . The 5th round game will be played tommorow at 3.30 pm India time so probably Mas have time to performed Aidulfitri prayer...of course if there's mosque nearby :)
