(photo right)- Terengganu's , EON Bank banker ask questions to famous international arbiter - Geurt Gijssen in
Chesscafe.com regarding the rules concerning player’s mobile phone rings in the playing venue during play. His question is quite interesting especially the last question :-
"....Last but not least, isn’t it possible for one player to sabotage another, say, in the last round of a weekend tournament when the stakes are high, by placing a cheap throw-away phone in the opponent’s jacket and then calling the number. Then, when the opponent’s phone rings, a claim is made because of the ringing mobile?...."
