Chief arbiter of the Tal Memorial 2007 Geurt Gijssen (photo right) was hospitalised for a broken leg. The famous arbiter spmehow fall on the sliperry ground. He will face an operation and expected to stay at Moscow for weeks.Geurt Gijssen is a regular chess arbiter for many top internatioanal chess tournaments.
