Funny Things Happen At UK-China Match 2007

Surfing all avaibale info in the internet for the UK - China 2007 match held at Liverpool, UK, I noted two funny thing happens during that match:-


1. Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Paul Clark the VIP who were invited to officiate the opening ceremonies made the first move as black against WGM Hou Yifan with the theoritical novelty 1.h5 ! read it here

2. Steve Giddins the "official reporter" mistakenly wrote "England" team face China in his 1st round report where as he should write United Kingdom (UK) . Read it here. For anybody who score Geography (or is it history?) as badly as me in school, below are the different between United Kingdom and England.
